November 22, 2007:
Once ... or twice ... a year, an event comes to Ann Arbor that is so startling, you'd think a band of Gypsi's were behind it. Food, music, and art are the staples of most culture. Grandma's and punks, straightedgers and hippies all love to eat. Which is why this year at WithPunchVI we're going to make good use of our wonderful new Hosts and Sponsors the Neutral Zone by having a chili cook off in their kitchen!

Of course there will be punch and pie, there always will be. And music, the band list is: * Big Brother * Wildcatting * Mahoney * Charlie Slick * Deastro * SikSik Nation * Farewell Republic * Drunken Bus Driver * Cut 2 Scene * Tree City * DJ EL * Arman Cole

But this year we'll be indoors at 310 E. Washington, and that means that we have much more maneuvering room for a variety of activities. Please RSVP through facebook or Contact us to partake in the Chili Cook Off.

So With Punch V has come and gone, we had a rough time with the weather, but those who came out really knew how to have a great time. You are all beasts in very thinly veiled disguises. September 20, 2006:
It is with great sadness to say that due to a death in the family, the band that's been with us since the first With Punch, The Drunken Bus Driver, will not be playing. They have our deepest condolences. It'll be difficult to find a band that's as lively and understanding as they are.

September 15, 2006:
With Punch is a free concert and art extravaganza that takes place in Liberty Plaza. We usually bring a couple pumpkin pies, a few bands, punch, and art. It is always Free, and open for everyone.

But get ready for WITH PUNCH FIVE. This one will really kick the llama till the goblins cry over spilled milk... Think 4th grade Halloween Nostalgia coupled with street performance and a rock concert:

including a 3 ft tall carved pumpkin
4 Live bands
Apple Bobbing (for prizes!)
Contortion and cirque art
Trick or treating
Free pie and punch
Also a costume competition!

I plan on inviting 4 bands: Belikos, Cut to Scene Macpodz, and MAYBE YOUR OWN BAND!

So, there are lots of ways to get this party started.... if you think you think With Punch is awesome, and you think you can help, please participate.
